With over 8 Lakhs sq.ft. already delivered and active projects of over 50 lakhs sq.ft. across western suburbs of Mumbai like Khar, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Malad and Goregaon and a second home project in Pawna, Avant Group is driven by a deep commitment to social and urban transformation. Through a strong focus on SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) projects, the Group is turning previously overlooked localities into sought-after addresses.
Every home purchased shapes a brighter future: Avant Sahay Foundation sponsors the education of one underprivileged child from the time of booking until possession. With over 25 years of wide-ranging experience spanning real estate, construction, social work, exports, private equity, and banking, Sudeep brings a seasoned entrepreneurial perspective to all his endeavours. Known for his strategic foresight and commitment to impact-driven business, he has consistently leveraged his expertise to drive growth and innovation. As a visionary leader, Sudeep's focus is not only on business success but also on creating value that resonates deeply with society's needs.
In 2010, Sudeep founded Avant Group to redefine affordable luxury in the housing sector. Recognizing the growing aspirations of India's middle class, he launched a mission to provide high-quality homes with modern amenities at accessible prices. 2010-2014
The Beginning of a PurposeAvant was founded in 2010 with a clear goal: to transform urban living by helping communities stuck in wait. We began with slum rehabilitation projects in Jogeshwari, setting the tone for a future focused on inclusion and upliftment.
2015-2017
Turning Waiting into WelcomingThe birth of Avant Heritage marked a new chapter. Families who had waited over 15 years finally received the keys to their homes. It was more than just a handover-it was a promise fulfilled and lives reshaped through compassion and commitment.
2019-2020
Reviving Hillway, Rebuilding TrustAvant acquired the stalled Raghvendra Construction Company project and brought Avant Hillway to life. The project had been stuck due to delays from a previous developer, leaving buyers uncertain. Stepping in, we resolved long-standing issues and reignited hope-reshaping futures, one home at a time.
2021 - 2024
Overcoming Hurdles, Delivering DreamsAs we constructed Avant Heritage Tower I, challenges arose due to concerns related to the nearby Mahakali Caves, a protected heritage site. With resilience and transparency, Avant Group addressed all concerns and ensured progress. Towers I & II were successfully delivered, with nearly 1 million sq. ft. in the pipeline and the launch of Towers IV & V - turning setbacks into stepping stones.
2025
Recognition That Reflects TrustIn a proud moment for us and our homeowners, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman personally handed over the keys to select buyers of Avant Hillway. A symbol of trust restored and lives reshaped throught determination.
